The program “Pentagrowth for social impact” was a four-month program led by the team of Ideas for Change.
Five digitally-based social businesses registered in the Babele platform had the opportunity to re-frame their growth strategy using the Pentagrowth methodology and accelerate the social impact of their businesses and projects.
The program consisted of weekly activities that helped each social enterprise explore the five levers of exponential growth. All materials are posted weekly on Babele’s platform.
The last week of the program we organized an online workshop, where participants shared their findings and their learnings and the Pentagrowth specialists provided feedback on their outputs.
My contribution:
Design of the program, generation of content and facilitation of the final online workshop with the founders of the 5 selected organizations.
