Scaling an innovative university program (2018)

Consulting project in which we worked with Montragón Team Academy (MTA) and its network of partners with the aim to redefine the scaling strategy of their main program LEINN.

At a glance

Mondragón Team Academy is an international network that promotes teampreneurship all around the world. Based on the methodology of Team Akademy Finland, the founding team of Mondragón Team Academy  designed LEINN, the first official European Bachelor degree on Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation. The first generation of LEINNers started their graduate program in 2008.

Since then, more than 1,000 students from all over the world have joined the program. In the context of the 10-year anniversary, the organization and its’ network of partners made a reflection about its’ structure and programs, on the basis of establishing solid foundation upon which it could begin scaling at an international level.

Ideas for Change conducted interviews and ran desk-research to frame the challenge into specific issues and focus the co-creation workshop in specific areas. Afterwards, we ran a co-creation workshop in which we presented the proposed approach and during which the members of the network designed new opportunities using the Pentagrowth methodology.
